This policy explains what information Delta Boom (“we”, “us”) collects through deltaboomfirework.com and how we use it.

What we collect

Order requests. When you send a delivery or pickup request, you give us your name, phone number, email, your delivery address (for delivery), preferred date and time, any notes, and the items in your cart.
Messages. When you use the contact form or email us, we receive what you send, such as your name, email, phone number and message.
Your cart. Your cart is saved only in your own browser (using “local storage”) so it's still there when you come back. It is not sent to us until you submit a request. You can clear it at any time by emptying your cart or clearing your browser data. We also store a small note in your browser when you dismiss the 18+ notice.

We do not offer customer accounts, and we don't take payment information on this website. Payment is made in person at delivery or pickup.

How your request reaches us

Depending on how the site is set up, your request is either sent from your own email app to our email address, or delivered to us by a form-handling service that emails it to us. Our website host also keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages visited) to keep the site running and secure. TODO: name the hosting provider and form service once chosen, and add any analytics tool if one is used.

Videos and maps

Product videos are hosted on YouTube and only load when you press play (using YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode). Our contact page includes an embedded Google Map. When these load, YouTube or Google may collect information under their own privacy policies.

To confirm and fulfill your order, schedule delivery or pickup, and contact you about it.
To answer your questions.
To keep basic records of our sales and comply with the law.

We do not sell your personal information, and we don't share it with others except as needed to run the website and fulfill your order, or when required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep order and contact information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as required by law.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we have about you by contacting us below.

Children

This website is intended for adults. You must be 18 or older to buy fireworks from us, and we don't knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date shows when it last changed.
