These terms apply when you use deltaboomfirework.com or buy fireworks from Delta Boom (“we”, “us”). By placing an order request, you agree to them.

1. You must be 18 or older

We sell fireworks only to adults 18 and older. An adult 18+ must place the order and receive it at delivery or pickup. We may ask for ID and may refuse any sale.

2. Follow the law

You are responsible for knowing and following all federal, state, county and city laws and ordinances about buying, possessing and using fireworks — including any local rules in DeSoto County, Marshall County or your city about when and where fireworks may be used.

3. Orders, delivery and pickup

Submitting a request through the website is a request to buy, not a completed sale. We confirm availability, your total and an appointment time by phone or email. Delivery is free and available only in DeSoto and Marshall Counties, Mississippi. Pickup is available at 8218 Hwy 178, Byhalia, MS 38611. Delivery and pickup are by appointment.

4. Prices and availability

Prices, products and availability may change at any time without notice. If an item is unavailable or a price is listed in error, we'll let you know before your order is completed.

5. Payment

Payment is due at delivery or pickup. We accept cash, card, Venmo or Cash App. We do not take payment through the website.

6. All sales are final

All sales are final, no refunds.

7. Safety and assumption of risk

Fireworks are dangerous if misused. Always read and follow the label directions and our safety tips, use fireworks only outdoors in a safe area, and keep children and pets at a safe distance. No Delta Boom fireworks are designed or intended to be held in the hand while lit. You use fireworks at your own risk, and you are responsible for how they are stored, handled and used after you receive them. Our Liability Disclaimer & Assumption of Risk is part of these terms.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Delta Boom is not liable for any injury, loss or damage resulting from the misuse, mishandling or unlawful use of products after they are delivered or picked up.

9. Website content

Product photos and videos are for illustration; actual effects and packaging may vary.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to orders placed after it is posted.
